1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes, from XS to XXXL (some categories may have XS-XXL), to ensure that everyone finds the perfect fit. Please refer to our Size Guide on the product pages to help you select the right size.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery personnel may not carry change. Please note that all COD orders will only be dispatched after voice call and SMS confirmation is received from the customer, this is to avoid any fraudulent COD orders.


3. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. For urgent/ express deliveries, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp or e-mail for alternative shipping options.

4. Can I return swimwear bottoms or thongs?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel (such as bikini bottoms, thongs, briefs). Please double-check your order before placing it.

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, submit your request CLICK HERE or contact us at customercare@biglittlelemons.com.

6. How will I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases on our website. We do not issue cash refunds.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

8. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by emailing us at customercare@biglittlelemons.com with your order number. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

9. How do I exchange an item for a different size?
To exchange an item, please return the original item, CLICK HERE to request an exchange.

10. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within India. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping in the future!

11. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be purchased on our website. These gift cards can be redeemed for any of our products and make for a great present!

12. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
