Return/Exchange
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery, provided the items are:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In their original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by the original invoice
We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
• Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
• Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
• Kindly allow 1-2 days for the credit amount to reflect in your BLL wallet after we have received the return shipment.
• Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Intimate apparel (such as thongs, briefs, etc.)
Please ensure you review your purchase carefully before placing the order for these items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Return/Exchange Request: Click Here
• OR Contact Us: Email us at contact@biglittlelemons.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable)
• Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will set up the return request with our courier partners.
• Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and wait for the delivery representative to contact you. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer and is deducted at the time of refund.
4. Refunds and Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you. If your return is approved, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. This store credit can be used for future purchases on the website.
• No cash refunds will be processed.
• Store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
