All sales are final. As our products are intimate in nature, we cannot accept any returns.

We want all our members to be satisfied with the products they receive. The ‘We Got You’ program covers all members, reach out to us on contact@biglittlelemons.com for help.

Product selections and subscription adjustments can be made till the 4th of each month. Once an order has been placed and processed it can be cancelled or modified.
